Precious materials are incredibly versatile. Your stones and gold can become the foundation of an entirely new creation, crafted to suit your current style and lifestyle. We’ve designed our restyling process to be simple, transparent, and tailored to your needs.
Step One
First Consultation
During your appointment, our team will examine your jewellery, assess the condition of the stones and metal, and discuss the design possibilities available to you. Depending on the piece and your goals, we typically recommend one of three pathways — from simple restoration, updates to the design, or full custom redesigns.
Step Two
3D Design & Wax Model
For full custom restyling projects, we create a detailed 3D render so you can preview the new design from every angle. Once you approve the concept, we provide a clear, itemized quote. Most restyled pieces are completed within 4–6 weeks, and we do our best to accommodate rush timelines when possible.
Step Three
Delivery & Unveiling
When your redesigned piece is complete, you can pick it up from our Vancouver office or choose express shipping across Canada. Your jewellery will arrive beautifully packaged, along with care information and your Eric Goldman Jewellery warranty. The moment you open the box, you’ll see your cherished memories brought back to life in a piece that feels truly yours again.
